All teams members are experienced, trained & certified. We have multiple Subject Matter Expert (SME) support members on our team.
After our initial consultation we will assign a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to asses your current requirements & start supporting your business.
After the initial project assessment, we will assign a SME support resource. We provide projects or operations support at a per day or per hour rate following industry best practices.
The Master Service Agreement (MSA) & Statement of Work (SOW) will detail the deliverables, warranty, fees, expenses & regular reports.
We will provide a free estimate based on a detailed requirement gathering & provide regular check points to ensure targets are archived.

Hourly, daily or fixed rates are determined based on the type & length of the engagement.
